Dr. Samuel Pauli is double board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
He specializes in all aspects of infertility and family building care.
His specific interests include fertility preservation/egg freezing, the treatment of women with decreased ovarian function or diminished ovarian reserve, and those with “unexplained” infertility.
He is the recipient of numerous recognitions, including seven consecutive Boston Magazine Top Doctor awards (2017-2024).
Dr. Pauli completed his fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. A graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons medical school, he conducted his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale New Haven Hospital. Dr Pauli also holds a B.S with Honors and Distinction from the University of Wisconsin where he majored in Molecular Biology.
Dr. Pauli’s current professional memberships include the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies, and the New England Fertility Society.
Dr. Pauli has a long history of clinical research that aims to improve patient care. Additionally, he has contributed numerous publications, high-impact research journals, abstracts, book chapters, and presentations at national meetings worldwide.

Dr. Pauli lives Wellesley with his wife and 2 daughters. He enjoys running 5K's, half marathons, and one day hopes to do the Boston Marathon.
He enjoys travel, Peloton, and downhill skiing.
