Alexandra Huttler, MD (she/her) is a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) Fellow at Boston IVF. She specializes in all aspects of fertility care. Her current research interests included medical ethics underlying genetics in IVF, ART outcomes, and disparities in ART.

Dr. Huttler obtained her undergraduate degree from Duke University with a major in Biology and a certificate focus in Human Development. She then received her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia, where she served as Chief Resident.
She is active in research, with current interests including medical ethics underlying genetics in IVF, ART outcomes, and disparities in ART. In her spare time, she enjoys running, biking, and spending time outside with friends and family.
