How long was your infertility journey? How many cycles did you undergo?
Our first pregnancy worked the first cycle. The second time we tried to get pregnant we had two failed fresh cycles. On our third round we used one of my frozen embryos. The frozen embryo stuck, and we became pregnant with Jaxson who is now 7 months!

My husband and I had longed for children! Boston IVF helped us have our two boys, Kyle and Jaxson. With Kyle, who is three now we had him on our first IVF try. Two years later we decided we wanted another child. We had two failed cycles before I successfully become pregnant with Jaxson. We feel so lucky to have worked with IVF they helped give us the best gifts we could every have asked for!
How did your boston ivf physician and nursing team help to make your journey a success?
They worked with us. Helped us during the good and bad times. They helped answer all of our questions.
Did anyone/anything else help you through your infertility journey?
I think all the nurses were incredible. We've been working with Boston IVF since 2016 and we found everyone to be helpful.
What were some highs or lows of your treatment(s)? What is unique/different about your story?
When we first started everything, it seemed very overwhelming because it was new to us and we had not experienced this before. With my first cycle everything went pretty smoothly. When we tried for a second baby that was when things became very challenging. I was very nervous that we weren't going to be able to have a second child. Thankfully the treatment worked, and we were able to conceive our second son.
What advice do you have for other struggling with infertility?
Don't lose hope. This is not going to be an easy task, but it is so worth it in the end! Just remember you and your partner are a team and you're in it together! Be open with one another.
