Angela Leung, MD

Reproductive Endocrinologist

Dr. Angela Leung is a Reproductive Fellow at Boston IVF and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. She specializes in all aspects of fertility care.


Angela Q. Leung, MD, is a Clinical Fellow in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Boston IVF.

Dr. Leung is a valuable member the Boston IVF physician team, where she routinely performs IVF retrievals and other procedures that are integral to a patient’s success.

She graduated with honors from Princeton University with a major in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and a minor in Neuroscience. She then returned to her home state to complete her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine, where she won multiple awards for academic excellence.

Angela completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, where she was actively involved in several research projects in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She was selected for an oral presentation at American Society of Reproductive Medicine in 2018 on her work investigating IVF outcomes in transgender male patients. She has presented multiple other studies at ASRM and Pacific Coast Reproductive Society since 2016, and has published in Fertility and Sterility. During her time as a resident, Angela also served on the Governing Council of the Resident Fellows Section of the Massachusetts Medical Society.

Angela’s research interests include ethics and outcomes of family balancing, fertility treatments for transgender patients, and impact of race and ethnicity on assisted reproduction.

She is an active candidate for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the New England Fertility Society, Pacific Coast Reproductive Society, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and Massachusetts Medical Society.
