Your H.I.P. Embryos
Boston IVF has pioneered an embryo grading procedure to identify and transfer embryos with the HIGHEST IMPLANTATION POTENTIAL. We call these embryos H.I.P. embryos. In 2003, we presented a paper at the Annual Meeting of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine on our unique approach to identify the best embryos.*
Our research showed that:
• Patients receiving at least one H.I.P. embryo with their transfer have a significant increase in both their ongoing pregnancy and implantation rates.
• The presence of two H.I.P. embryos within the transfer cohort is sufficient to ensure satisfactory pregnancy rates.
Results using H.I.P. embryo criteria support the importance of this technique for embryo selection.
