Take Exit 75 and Route 202. Route 202 (Route 100-Route 4) is Auburn's Washington Street. Take left from Exit 75 onto Washington Street and drive towards downtown Auburn. (Washington Street merges into Minot Avenue.) At the Minot Avenue-Court Street intersection turn right and proceed along Court Street, across James B. Longley Bridge and onto Main Street in Lewiston. Proceed along Main Street. Women’s Health Center is across the street from Central Main Medical Center on the corner of Main and Sabattus Street.

From Interstate 95 North
Take Exit 80 and Route 196. Route 196 is Lewiston's Lisbon Street. Take Exit 80 and take a left at the stop sign, continue straight, after crossing the overpass bear right to merge onto Lisbon Street (Route 196). Proceed along Lisbon Street to its termination at Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street proceeding north. Women’s Health Center is across the street from Central Main Medical Center on the corner of Main and Sabattus Street.

From Route 202 Route 11 -Route 100
Route 202 is Lewiston's Main Street. Proceed along Main Street towards intersection of Main and Sabattus streets. Women’s Health Center is across the street from Central Main Medical Center on the corner of Main and Sabattus Street.

From Route 4
Route 4 is Auburn's Center Street. Proceed along Center Street towards downtown Auburn. Take left (just beyond entrance to Auburn Mall) to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge. Cross bridge and take right at Main Street intersection in Lewiston. Proceed along Main Street. Women’s Health Center is across the street from Central Main Medical Center on the corner of Main and Sabattus Street.

From Route 126
Route 126 is Lewiston's Sabattus Street. Proceed along Sabattus Street to Main Street intersection.

From Route 11 -Route 121
Route 11-Route 121 is Auburn's Minot Avenue. Proceed along Minot Avenue towards downtown Auburn. At the Minot Avenue-Court Street intersection turn right and proceed along Court Street, across James B. Longley Bridge and onto Main Street in Lewiston.
